Misaligned Guard icons and excessive spacing in email header

Steps to Reproduce

Open an email that is PGP-encrypted, both PGP-encrypted and signed.
Observe the guard icons in the email header area, on the right side.

Expected Behavior

Guard icons aligned horizontally on a single line;

No excessive space exists between the sender's email and the subject line;
