To organize appointments independently from calendars, you can mark contacts with categories.
How to mark appointments with a category:
Depending on the view, you have the following possibilities:
Click on an appointment in a calendar view. Click the
icon in the pop-up.Select an appointment in the list view. Click the
icon in the toolbar.The appointment editing window opens.
To do so, click on
next to . Select an existing category or create a new one.In order to remove a category, click the
