further docker removal

Added function to load the config and added INSTALLER_ROOT variable which gives access to the absolut installer root directory

seperated into its own repo which uses the installer as submodule

- added config/config.extended
- made config/config more leightweight
- renamed several features
- renamed several variables

now supports seperated server/client setup
uses config provided db

runallupdate on restart check
do not run feature scripts automatically on docker setup

now properly writing http/https config ...

When a specific file exists the init script will restart the OX services one time instead of multiple times

Every terminal output (stdout/stderr) will be mirrored to ox-installer.log

Additional fixes to the install-database script

nodejs may come as incompatible version from the dist maintainers. Removing it since it will work without it anyway ...

The java security manager was  introduced with 7.10.3. So you have to check if the jsm is installed here.
This query should also exist for all installations above 7.10.3, because there is the possibility to install the ox without the jsm
