Bug 66393, change wording for the avatar dropdown of "Change Password" for...

Adjusted the avatar dropdown "Change Password" for guests to "Add Login Password" or "Change Login Password" (depending on password existing) Was causing confusion with Guard Guest email users. They would assume the "Change Password" applied to their Guard password, which was the only password they had set.
