Change for DOCS-4541: Allow to specify service property `com.openexchange.health.Constants.SERVICE_CACHE_TIME_TO_LIVE` ("com.openexchange.health.cache.timeToLive") to specify how long value should be cached for subsequent calls to that health check. Moreover, invoke `java.util.concurrent.Future.cancel(boolean)` if call to health check encounters a `java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException`.
