- add codecept to ox-installer.sh

Removed duplicate logic
Most feature scripts now have 'singlenode' flag for easier usage

Some cleanup to the document realted feature scripts

Due to some different behavior of the distributions that may be used for docker setups it was necessary to implement some checks for supervisord and its configurations

-add dovecot --install, --enable and -disable. now have to remove static entries and replace them with variables.

supervisord is in epel repositories on centos

Added sym-link to docker-compose singlenode file by default to make life easier 

Moved docker-compose singlenode file to the repo root
removed docker build script as it is not really needed
Enabled Java setup flag which was missing for docker

7.10.3+ only

mysql 5.6 is not supported on buster
